Good pay, free catered meals throughout the week, innovative space to work in.

Cons

The culture is literally toxic. The people team places zero value on non-technical employees, as it is purely a metrics driven game when it comes to how they evaluate your worth at the company. Don’t believe anything executive teams tell you, especially when GM is calling shots from the sideline. This is not a fun place to work as you won’t see any smiles, nor will you hear any laughter within the scattered buildings. Save yourself the trouble and find a better employer.

Catered lunches, really cool office digs (the former drop box office), an onsite gym, and free rides in the AV.

Cons

A senior HR BP told employees to take MDMA's if "it will turn that frown upside down" in regards to low morale. If our HR is this rotten, imagine how the rest of the company is!

Illicit drug use is absolutely not something we encourage, and we do not support dismissing employees' concerns about morale in this way.
