Pros

The company is taking on exciting problems to solve and there is no shortage of projects to help out with to expand my knowledge and skillset. I feel supported by my manager and leaders to take on new challenges. Overall, the culture is very collaborative and supportive.

Cons

The non-engineering teams seem to be disconnected from the engineering side. They evolve less quickly and in some situations block or distract from the work that needs to get done to achieve our mission. There is also a lack of diversity.

The people, benefits (breakfast, lunch, dinner, massages), beautiful office and working towards an awesome mission, lots of opportunity for growth
