Pros

The creativity, passion, and talent of the people at Cruise are unmatched. Collaboration and communication are core to how teams operate, and everyone genuinely wants/pushes others to succeed. You can also be involved in lots of cross-functional high-impact projects from day one.

Cons

Rapid growth means some chaotic and hectic work streams. Not unusual for tech companies in the area, but be prepared to move fast and be flexible!
