Pros

You get to work on the cutting-edge of technology and see the impact your work actually has in the world. Free rides in self-driving cars. Everyone is very driven by the mission of the company. Tons of transparency in the all-hands.

Cons

While the onboarding process is solid and the best I've had before, I think there are areas of improvement in the onboarding of engineers (this may be team specific). I felt like there could be a bit more hand-holding to ensure each new hire is brought up to speed quickly and comfortably.
