      Pros

      This is by the far the best team and best work culture I have ever experienced. Cruise stands apart from other tech companies in that the entire company operates like one big collaborative team. No silos, open communication, honesty is encouraged and no shaming when mistakes are made. The people who work here are all wicked smart and you can feel the passion daily. We are solving really hard problems, and I'm constantly impressed with how much we get done daily. Kyle and the management team keep us super focused and encourage us, which skyrockets productivity.

      Cons

      A little bit wild-west, you need to be a self-starter to do well here.

      Pros

      Cruise does a great job of retaining smart, humble, and overall really great individuals. Management treats us with respect and is very intentional with their actions. People are focused and understand that there's actually a lot of value in the work that we do. Flexible working hours, lunch/dinner is served daily, and other fun perks (monthly happy hours, off-sites, massages, snacks).

      No real concerns or issues.

      Great culture, diverse group of people, great benefits

      Cons

      As company grew, management had trouble managing expectations and seeing clearly the critical ons-goings of the daily grind. Managers with lack of experience led to loss of productivity and strain.
