Pros
Amazing, passionate team, great talent and skills. Lots of opportunities to drive your own projects and develop as a professional. Challenging and fast-paced environment, but there's plenty of help from peers and management when needed. Great company culture and transparent management. It's hard work, but it shows that everyone is working towards the same goal as a team.
Cons
Start up hours, require dedication. Not necessarily a disadvantage, but ability to learn things quickly and take charge is a must.
