Pros

Vision for the future. Excellent work life balance. Work from home flexibility. Benefits are very strong - plus perks like on-site gym, free snacks, and fitbit for every employee.

Cons

None that I can think of so far.

Pros

Benefits are good but expensive

Cons

Scheduled shifts are awful. You will train on 9-5:30 shift but then you’ll move to 1:30-10:00pm. You will need to pass P&C License but will not receive any salary increase after you pass. Long standing employees do not have to be licensed and have preferred shifts. Rotate weekend shifts and all holidays but 2 required. Customer Care Dept. is the ONLY department with those hours & schedule. You will feel like 2nd class employee to all other departments. Cannot move to another department until employed for 1 year but realistically it’s not going to happen.
