      Friendly coworkers, relaxed work environment and decent benefits

      Cons

      Very committed to old fashioned practices. Pay below market value for work and will try to pay you as little as possible for as long as possible, mobility is very slow and good work is usually unrewarded. Office facilities get worse every year, atmosphere is dingy. Office culture is sloppy and unprofessional. Management very eager to save money any way they can, even if it means poor employee experience, leading good employees to flee

      Pros

      The people are amazing personality wise. The benefits from PTO to insurance are more than one would expect in this economy. They have many learning opportunities.

      Cons

      The salary is not right sized over time, management is all over the place, it is hard to move forward, the departments do not communicate well with each other, there is an us vs them mentality, there is not much authority to do your job (you have to ask so many people to approve stuff), there is resentment between departments, and they do not utilize the staff well.

      Great work life balance. Great stock purchase match program.

      Cons

      No chance to build a culture of trust because of favoritism. Incompetent management team and they are too stupid to realize it. Below pay and bonus for industry.
