Bad leadership, bad environment

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

You have an opportunity to help someone get healthy

Cons

Training is poorly executed. Leadership is non existent. Communication among management is poor. Staff were hired on under the guise of becoming management. Those same people get dragged along, in most cases never seeing a management position in years. He said/she said mentality among management. This is basically a sales job, focus is on signing people up and hitting numbers over quality of training.

Pros

Earning potential could be as high as you want.

Cons

Working slave hour to get those high potential profit margins. Not worth trying honestly.

Don’t work here

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Gym membership and free continue education.

Cons

Unrealistic pay, favoritism, zero communication from management, and false promises. Even if you go up to master trainer level your pay doesn’t increase unless you hound management to fix it.
