      Pros

      You can do your own hours. They get you started on the business plan which makes you stay for 32 hrs a week for $17 an hour while you try to get clients. Once its over after 2-3 months you're on your own though with maintaining those clients you got during the business plan while trying to get new ones. A lot of tools they have to make training easier to sell as well.

      Cons

      Hard to make work if you have school or another job on the weekdays. Can get boring if it seems like there's no one that would seem interested in a consultation, or a kickoff as they call it. Churn rate is high and unless you want to move up to management or corporate don't expect to be a great career to have long term.
