Pros

All of the classes have specific structures for you to follow, with you getting to choose the exercises that fit that style and form of class. Classes are quick and the studio is spacious.

Cons

Classes sometimes back up to one another, making them start late/end late.

Pros

Relatively low stress for overnight shifts. Commissions on sales aren’t high but still helpful

Cons

Be prepared for management to be a stickler for numbers. Membership sales, ranking amongst locations, individual stats are all harped on a lot, even for overnights. The company as a whole is not as organized as one might hope. Training is inconsistent, standards and policy between clubs seem to differ.
