      -Truly enjoyed working with the team and building strong relationships with staff -Members were engaging and rewarding to serve -Opportunity to lead a high-energy environment and positively impact the member experience

      -Role effectively became a 24/7 job, despite being presented as a 45-hour-per-week position -Frequently required to respond to calls and texts late at night and outside of working hours, resulting in consistent 60+ hour workweeks -Leadership lacked strong business and budget management skills and operated reactively rather than proactively -Limited collaboration from leadership and a lack of recognition for work and results delivered -Compensation was very low relative to the workload, responsibilities, and time commitment required
