Pros

The best parts about the job would be pay, hours, and the free membership after 30 days of employment. Crunch is seriously the best gym I have ever worked out in. It is a good job if you are just looking to get a paycheck.

Cons

My reasoning for the two star review would be the cons...in the beginning they tell you that there is tons of opportunity for growth. Which in a sense is not wrong. However, they are constantly transferring people to other locations so you have to be willing to move if you want to grow. People get promoted and then demoted all of the time just to see how much you will put up with for the company. They create unnecessary/unhealthy competition not only between clubs, but also within clubs. I am not at all saying competition is bad, but the kind they put you through just to see how far you will go to get promoted is toxic to the team. The amount of gossip that comes along with empty promises is like being back in high school again.
