Pros

Free gym access, discounted supplements, wide array of hours from early morning to late night.

Cons

This is specifically only for the Sunset LA location. There seems to never be a manager on site, during regular business hours or otherwise. Guests email and call in their reasonable concerns, are never replied, and then come in and try to get help and no one at the front desk has any power to do anything, and no one who does is there. The minimum wage, undertrained front desk staff is expected to do much of what should be managerial work, and are then reprimanded when it’s done incorrectly, when we were never fully trained to do it, or even have access to some functions. The facilities are in constant repair, the locker room renovation has taken astronomically longer than is reasonable, and when guests ask for a discount on their rate to accommodate the inconvenience, which I think is reasonable, it’s either never taken care of or regarded as extraneous. For the amount members pay per month, they deserve a much better facility.

Pros

Free gym, networking, latest knowledge of gym equipment.

Cons

Un realistic quotas, low pay,can be very sales driven which in turn creates an enviorment that forgets about the goal of truly helping others. Lack of leadership, motivation, benefits, and incentives to push sales from the top.
