Pros
Good benefits if you slave and spend your life in the gym and get enough clients in order to be considered full time
Cons
Low pay. No life work life balance. You are expected to spend early mornings and late nights searching the gym floor for new clients. They over hire trainers based on the high sales expectations and high turnover rates. This makes it nearly impossible to meet members who have not been through the sales process with another trainer before. I left this gym with in a month after speaking with the number one selling personal trainer at 34th street after learning that although she is the highest seller and making the most money she is still struggling to make ends meet.
