I had a pleasant time working the Crunch team. The regular staff were all friendly and it felt more like a fun place rather than a job at times. Mostly all customers were friendly as well.

Cons

Many tasks did not seem to fit my job description. However, I still went above and beyond what I was required to do. Management staff does always do what they are needed to do.

Free Gym membership - if you use it. Short-staffed (in corporate) so if you want to explore multiple talents, you can, and you will be encouraged to do so. This can be fun but also overwhelming. People generally support each other at corporate, and for a long time I loved coming in to work because it was a lot of fun and the people in my department were a blast.

Cons

I loved working at Crunch until I was harassed by my boss. This issue was handled well by management or HR. My boss was protected by the company, and I was blamed for my boss's misconduct. Also, there was a wild wage discrepancy between myself and my coworkers with the same title, similar education and amount of experience. I had an additional title and all the responsibilities associated with it that these coworkers did not have, and yet was making significantly less. I question the general business practices at Crunch for these reasons, and this is why I left.
