The company is great. You can make your own schedule and not be micromanaged.

Cons

Sometimes it can be difficult in the beginning to build up your list on clients.

Pros

Fair pay, some great talent in management, great place to get started if you've never had experience in the fitness industry.

Cons

Lack of communication between management and employees, not a lot of formal training, at times you will be doing the jobs of the upper management. Unprofessional behavior on multiple counts.

Pros

Fitness, get to use the gym, some co-workers are nice.

Cons

Management thinks you work for free. Management doesn't know their head from their butt and has never ever been or seen the inside of a gym before. Management encourages non-team spirit atmosphere, and lack of support from hire ups and management.
