Pros

Great environment and co-workers. Social co-workers Simple work (Minor janitorial work, sales on phone and touring, customer service in general) Lots of growth if you put in the effort in sales and show maturity. Free Gym membership Unofficially, they prefer hiring 20-something year olds, which leads to a better social environment if you are a 20-something.

Cons

High turnover rate Part-time~25 hours a week You will have annoying members who will complain about everything and assume its your fault. Strange ownership system with Crunch Fitness...some are owned by the corporation, while others are franchises. Barely above minimum wage. Expect 8.50/hr starting with a slight raise in 3 months. Lead Admin makes 12/hr and is full-time...I would give lead admin 4/5 rating.
