Pros

Timothy Mitchell, Flexible WFH opportunities, Progressive litigation experience, and Work/Life balance.

Cons

There was some significant staff turnover while I was there. The insurance benefits were unaffordable (due to COVID).

Bad Experience

Pros

The Atlanta office personnel are professional, reasonable, and competent. Nothing I write in my review of the Chicago office applies to the other offices.

Cons

I worked in the Chicago office, where there is a revolving door of associates. So far, 80% of the associates have not lasted a year. I didn’t gain meaningful experience working here, had little autonomy, and was micromanaged and belittled frequently.
