Okay for realtors (contractors) terrible if you're an employee

For employees, none. As a realtor (contractor), depending on market, can do okay.

Cons

Owners and upper management only interested in making money for themselves. Employees are viewed as a liability and not an asset since having them takes money out of the pockets of the . owners. Terrible benefits and work life balance.
