Pros

Flexibility in the tech you use. You have the freedom to make decisions that shape the area that you are working in. This allows you to pursue self-taught education in fields that interest you to prepare for future employment.

Cons

Pay, benefits, clients (real estate agents) are the lowest level of end-user imaginable. You may have to teach some of the older agents how to reboot a computer. Many look down on the IT folks as people that just fix the paper jams. Very little respect given for the most part.

Pros

The only good thing is my Office Administrator if it wasn't for her validating my feelings I would think I'm crazy for how this place drains all of your positivity! The upper management are unsupervised so the treat the lower man like a work horse while they steal time and scroll social media.

Cons

HR will do nothing to help you. There is no one to go to if you are overworked and treated like dirt. They throw you under the bus. All of the abuse and the pay isn't even enough to live on. I rent homes to people and don't get paid enough to qualify for the homes I put people into, SAD!
