      - Great people (1-2 levels below C-Suite) - Great industry - Good benefits and pay!

      Cons

      - Clueless leadership (visible in their stock performance of the last few years) - Extremely toxic environment (depending on your team / manager / department) - CEO is clueless, arrogant, and unfortunately doesn't know the difference between threatening vs leading. He is well known for making rash decisions and surrounding himself with people that will agree with him.
