Stock options and a Monday through Friday work schedule

Cons

Poor management that will not hire any people and will work the few employees to the ground while still expecting excellent production. Never know you’re actual role because you are constantly filling the void of being understaffed. High turnover rate and firings without warning and no previous corrective actions. Livingston site also discriminated against African Americans

Monday through Friday work schedule.

Cons

Poor training. High turnover rate. They let people go all the time with no warning. People will throw each other under the bus. If someone knows you’re going to make a mistake, instead of letting you know to prevent or correct the error, they would rather you make the mistake so they can report you to your supervisor. You always have to watch your back. There is no sense of teamwork.
