Pros
- fully wfh (actually not ideal if you are a lead) - fully casual - some people are friendly - limited free beverage at the office - company sponsor work machine * 1
Cons
- unreasonable and massive layoffs of almost half the workforce, entirely unrelated to performance - excessive number of SVPs, even in back offices - incompetency in solving critical issues - lack of risk management - lack of corporate governance - great people that was not affected by layoffs are leaving
