Pros
It is a good Company, and I am really enjoying my time here. The team is good, and the articles are constantly updated. You can reach out for clarity or for the processes to be amended. Your preferences for the schedules are more or less respected, and the lower management is very helpful.
Cons
No transparency from the upper management. Huge layoffs - thus feeling of instability regardless of your results. Double standards in what is expected from the different teams, and the processes are becoming increasingly over-complicated and non-straightforward.
