I think the salary is decent for this type of job. There is an external health insurance and a fitness card (almost free). The yearly bonus I will put it towards the cons - because it is a joke.

Cons

The management- it looks like the have 0 understanding of what they are doing. There do not provide updates on time, come up with some bizarre ideas (that in a few weeks time, get replaced again). You need to buy everything on your own if you would like to work here. They provided only a 13” laptop. The monitor, keyboard, mouse, chairs, desks it is all on you. The yearly bonus is in CRO and when I signed my contract the agreed term was agreed to be double the amount that I actually received. I am very disappointed about that.
