Pros

Good office, paying on time, good health benefits.

Cons

Complicated and overwhelming processes, low salary for the work that's done. If you are an overachiever and doing x2-x3 times the work, this will never get noticed. Management almost never delivers on its promises.

Pros

There are ways to grow in the company, the salary is good, especially for people with little to no experience. There are other perks such as a Crypto.com card and bonuses based on performance, which you can reach if you care for the clients just slightly more than the rest of the colleagues.

Cons

You definitely need to be close to the important people, or at least make good impression to them, if you want to progress much further. Sometimes, we feel at risk of being fired, while a lot of new people are getting hired.
