Hybrid days don't always allow for great collaboration

- Stagnant Career was not in the same team with direct manager but keep asking if there is any area that i could improve for better career, the response always that i had been great but in the actual there was no improvement in the career - Unfair reason for laying off there are literally other engineers who had done so much lesser, so much lesser, but still got laid off. asked about the reason but wasn't detailed. the management said i wasn't performing but my performance review was meeting the expectation and i did keep asking if there is any area i could improve a long time before the review, and yet the had done it
