customer support is fast to assist, yet not at all helpful in receiving a refund for fraudulent activity, even with the proof of a police report. disappointed in the lack of communication efforts and abundance of funds which appear as if i will never receive back from having stolen from me through this app.

Cons

easy to use , although difficult to obtain any refunds, even with a police report which states the fraudulent activity . as well as the prosecution of those involved in the fraudulent activity. yet for some reason or another , I cannot receive my funds back from this company no matter how much I've tried to contact the support team and escalate the situation.
