Quick resolution of issues if any related to HR and payroll. Allows flexibility to choose technology, career and training. Accomodating, transparent and friendly management.

Cons

Less number of h1b workers. This leads to disparity in skill level as company's employee base will become predominantly highly skilled local workers. Will lead to lesser suplementing to skills at junior levels and will require contracting.

great place to work. Excellent work life balance. The management is very progressive and forward looking. The CEO has excellent vision for this company.

Cons

Some of the cons are : 1) Long Working Hours 2) Still a small company so the benefits are limited.
