Benefits are good, 100% paid by employer People are generally really awesome and talented

Cons

Culture is ran by the people who have been there the longest and suck up to senior leadership. It is nearly impossible to pass anything through to implementation if the change "offends" anyone who created the original idea. Production does not listen to those who actually make the game, sets wild milestone deliverables against leads' guidance, and constantly pivots/compromises the game because of these unrealistic, un-hit milestones. It feels like senior leadership can't agree on what to do, the game has a million priorities, and everyone suffers because of it.

Love the staff, love the benefits, pay is decent

Cons

You will spend the overwhelming majority of your time setting up and drafting plans just to watch top level people say no over and over, or water down your work to nothing then ask why nothing gets done.
