Great IP. Great People. Great benefits.

Cons

Individual contributors are expected to contribute at a level above their current to compensate for obvious leadership gaps. Extraneous process impedes forward progress. The unclear incentive compensation remains a nagging question mark and is no longer acceptable when weighed against offers including higher base, bonuses, and stock.

Still have some cool titles to work on.

Cons

This company has lots of great people, but leadership are a huge drag on the projects and the vision for the projects are out of touch and suffer due to trying to make a square peg fit into a round hole. Their MO is burn people out, push them out and get someone new in so they can rinse repeat the turn over is horrendous and some people have retired from the industry forever purely because of how poorly this company is run.
