      Esop workers get the training and tools to do there jobs the best Great communication with staffs needs and questions

      Cons

      Workers out in field need more staff involvement ability to hear staffs ideas on changing needs. More active for continued work

      Holidays off, understanding management (at times), relaxed atmosphere

      Cons

      Women are treated HORRIBLY, told straight up that there is no advancement opportunities for them and that the men in the company don't have the same issues. I've heard one of the field guys say that they "don't want women" out in the field, heard some hire level management say that women just "don't work well" at the office, and witnessed a female co-worker get SLAPPED IN THE BUTT by a man, and the man WAS NOT FIRED! Women are constantly treated like they are inferior. Ladies, DON'T DO IT!

      Pros

      Flexible schedule. I was able to work on a huge variety of projects. In my department, my skills were valued. I could develop new business opportunities if I could find the clients.

      Cons

      Pay is lower than peers. Low morale. I saw numerous lower level staff taking advantage of absent managers or managers who do not enforce rules (2 hr + lunch breaks, leaving early, coming in late). Some senior management are micromanagers. Corporate office says safety is most important but really profit is.
