      Heavily incentivized to work for 30+ years, will generate a healthy retirement portfolio

      Cons

      Poor management, little to no ability to advance in your career. yearly reviews get skipped and dropped. Pay increases are capped laughably low. Only 2 weeks PTO, no paid maternity leave, health insurance is disgustingly bad.

      A few decent people worked here

      Cons

      They overwork you and expect you to do risky and unsafe behaviors to meet a deadline. Management has no regard to your personal life and wants you to live for this job. Their “employee owned motto” only benefits seniors who are about to retire, and they are the ones making sure equipment gets maintained. They would rather put bandaids on things so they get better profits for the stock when those bandaids risk health and safety.
