Pros

Trying to think of a pro

Cons

Upper management complaints are frequent and continual and they never have a positive impact on their employees. Not helpful when short staffed. They disappear and criticize those that show up for their shift AND hire those that work 1-2 weeks and quit plus they were hired at significantly higher wage. No appreciation for those on the front lines and certainly don't want to hear about it. HIGH turnovers. Again, help from management when short staffed is nonexistent.
