Pros

Working with the other employees was good, and established good relation with customers , there were some good people to work with.

Cons

The company only cares about their money , and not the employees. They will work you hard, no time for the breaks that are owed to you. They will preach customers service to you and tell you how important it is, but cut hours and load up the work load and make you work harder, and this makes perfect sense when they want better customer service ... right. Pay on the low side compared to other competitors. Managers will not back you up, I had one that talked crap about everyone behind their back with other employees .
