It's great as long as the managers are great

Pros

Pay and the environment is great except during busy times but that is expected. The employees are nice and the store director is an awesome guy.

Cons

Taking time off is not guaranteed so you have to take off time with a vacation planner which is not convenient because of future schedule conflicts.

Easy job not very stressful during weekdays weekends suck but the co-workers are super nice and friendly, managers are cool but always stressed out because of corporate

Cons

Horribly understaffed, managers don't care lots of issues with getting items in from the warehouse (ran out of things constantly) made work difficult
