Pros

Most of the people I work with are awesome; I've become friends with almost all of the front end people! It's easy to learn

Cons

.Really hard to get shifts covered .REALLY bad hours- I dont even work the minimum hours I asked for even though we are understaffed .rude front-end manager .Cub values customers way more than the employees .Extremely boring .Cashiers deal with way too much and work extremely hard with rude customers for being the lowest paid department .Schedules are put out on Friday for the next week. So I only know 3 days in advance if I work Sunday or not

Pros

Using creativity & making customers happy with specialty cakes.

Cons

Management and having no support staff to keep products on shelves, having to do multiple jobs that take away from your core responsibilities that are for other people but you are made to do them.
