Pros

Moderately good scheduling, if you're going to school it's very good to work here due to flexibility. They offer healthcare and coverage, and are good for if there are any workplace incidents/accidents. I've been working in the Deli for about two years now and it's mandatory that they give us at least fifteen hours a week (though we can give our shifts away more often than not).

Cons

They try to save money too much, which means that they cut hours a lot unless if business is booming. It could just be my store though. Negativity in the workplace causes morale to go down. All employees, except for the managers and assistant managers, are part time, so there are less benefits. Can only work 31 1/2 hours a week except for Sundays, which can add on another 7 1/2 hours. You only get long shifts if you work in the deli, bakery, or meat department.
