Pros

I worked at one the Rainbow Foods that was recently bought out by Cub Foods. Roundy's was good to neither it's employees nor its customers. Many customers blindly loved Rainbow without seeing that they were offering more products at a higher price and not offering incentives. Cub Foods has reinstated the fuel perks program, offered all Rainbow employees their jobs (at the same rate), and offers us incentives as well including employee discounts. They seem to value us and treat us fairly as long as we do the same for them.

Cons

New healthcare regulations make keeping union healthcare more difficult. Terrible turnover due to the recent buyout.
