Ever increasing workload. Poor home to work life. Constant changes to policies, with as little as a one week notice. Poor retention for employees - you may often be asked to work over 7 days straight alone or covering a different store. Poor attitude during visits from corporate. Poor wages - does not even meet the national average. Corporate will boast each week about revenue being the highest it's ever been, but that does not communicate to your wages. Lack of training - often times, each store will do things their way.

3pm stores are not owned by cubesmart, just run by cs, store owner could decide to sell at a whim and you could be jobless just that quick, starting to push secret shops again, workers in the stores already have so much to deal with, (short staffed, increasingly difficult customers, never getting anything approved to get fixed, and so on) the last thing stores need is the added stress and harassment due to worrying about being shopped.
