      It used to be a good and fun place to work.

      Pros

      If lucky to have a good General Manager then is a good environment to work.

      Cons

      There used to be a lot of appreciation from the District Managers and DVP to the employees but not anymore. This company has grown immensely in the last years and like most of the monster companies nobody cares about teammates anymore. Store Managers don't even work 40 hrs and are not allowed to complete them as they used to be in the past.

      Benefits, Onboarding process is smooth, Great training team,

      Supervisors DO NOT appreciate employees, although I didn't have problems with my DM I saw many great teammates leave due to lack of support and pay. The majority of teammates are not motivated although Corporate makes it look like employees are very happy they are actually not. When a teammate is promoted to Field Training Specialist they do not get a raise instead CubeSmart pays per trainee but yet DM's assign additional workloads at the same pay.
