      Pros

      You have free reign to get your work done and as long as you keep up you don’t have heavy management down your throat.

      Cons

      Depending on what location you work, the workload can be almost impossible to deal with. You generally only have one other person working with you with double coverage being only three days a week. You are promised promotions non stop but the company tends to hire outside of the company.

      Pros

      Very easy work. If you have a 6th grade education, then you can do this. Very little actual physical activity.

      Cons

      Micro managed to death. Responsibility without any real authority to actually do anything. The whole 'WOW' culture thing is a good idea, but it is completely outdated. It would have worked great back in the 1940's to 1960's. Not realistic in modern times. Entitled ass-holes that believe the world owes them something.
