Pay is decent, the work is easy. The relationships you build are nice.

Cons

They celebrate the bare minimum effort from the company to their employees while continuing to provide employees with the bare minimum. This company is also trending towards a typical corporate job where there is little to nothing that can be done to genuinely care for a customer. This company has put profit over people.

Cons

Inconsistent work life balance. Staffing and scheduling is inconsistent. Required to cover other stores at short notice. Job is not very secure. Ownership could decide to sell your store at any moment without advanced notice.
