Pros

Company pays about 80% of employee benefits. Employees are smart and forward thinking. Salary is competitive and corporate employees receive an annual bonus.

Cons

Although the company is growing, upward mobility is limited. Vacation is minimal (2 weeks) and there is a 6 month waiting period before being able to use your vacation/sick time.

We value our teammates and enjoy providing rewards such as competitive salaries, bonus opportunities, and great benefits such as wellness programs and paid holidays and time off. We understand that new teammates and tenured teammates alike can have the need for time off, therefore, we allow up to 40 hours of vacation/sick time to go into arrears no matter how long you have been with us. We are also happy to share that there is a comprehensive new Talent Strategy in the works which includes career paths and development plans to help promote upward mobility throughout the Company.
