      Pros

      A company that genuinely cares for its employees to the fullest extent. I am proud to be a part of this company. I am excited for my future within this company. I am always happy to meet every single new teammate I come across. I love spreading the same positive energy to new people that was shared with me.

      Laid-back atmosphere, Simple job, not overly fast paced

      Cons

      Pay started at a little over $13 per hr. Raises are given on yearly review and the amount is very miniscule. No one in upper management is on the same page. It takes months to have any issues with property to get fixed/repaired.

      All nice and cutesie within your first 90 days but God for bid you are extremely sick...

      Cons

      They are a little too rigid when it comes to scheduling especially if you are extremely sick. Very lackadaisical when it comes to adhering to an official doctor's note.
