This company allows associates many platforms to share their views and concerns. Weekly zoom meetings keeps associates all on the same page and continuous training modules ensure all have the same knowledge base.
Cons
Good company culture but there is a difference in managed stores and company owned stores. Owners may not care about their property as much as management does.
