      Pros

      Everyone works in a team setting so when you need to call out you just make sure you team has your shift covered. The bosses for my district have your back and we have a very present DM that is there for you at all time no matter what. I love this place!

      Cons

      Some days the store traffic can get slow depending on which location your at you just have to find a way to stay busy! Besides that I haven’t had any negative experiences working for this company

      Pros

      - Self-storage is not too crazy of an industry, so the work-life balance is good. Not great. - Most other pros have evaporated since the pandemic.

      Cons

      - Management is largely incompetent, depending on the situation this is a pro but usually it is a con. - Salary is not competitive. - Remote work policy was laughable . . . Thanks you Comrade Corona :o)
