      Pros

      Beautiful office (hCube) Free coffee, drinks, fresh fruit delivered weekly. Free vocabulary lesson in business buzzwords daily. There are some really awesome people at the corporate office.

      Cons

      The best way to describe the atmosphere is exactly like the Mos Eisley Spaceport is described in Star Wars. No one has any idea what's going on, the "leadership" intentionally lies to employees and even moreso to each other to convey the illusion of progress and culture when, in fact, neither are present. If you wonder why so many jobs are open at the headquarters it's a majority of people leaving and a minority of new positions.

      no nights, fair pay, good benefits

      Cons

      expectations high and not scheduling to help meet them, not getting things repaired correctly, older properties left to rot for the sake of newer properties, tie or hands to get stuff done then attack us for not getting it done.

      I'd you love working with people, especially ones that are usually going through rough times, its a great people person job

      Cons

      Too much work for too little pay. It's nearly impossible to get Everything done in one day.. And, No oveetime
