      Pros

      Training is thorough, they don't let you move forward until you are comfortable. They always make sure you have a support system if you need any questions answered, they refuse to let you fail! The company celebrates your achievements and successes. Direct supervisors are super awesome and knowledgeable. It's just a close-knit group of people to work with. I'm very happy with the career change I made!
